Advertise your company to promote school workshops, shows, children’s parties and entertainers and school visits and trips. You can advertise using photos, videos, themes, etc and include locations you operate in, information about your school workshop, shows and visits. You can also include a contact telephone number.

Schools, nurseries, organisers and parents can contact you by filling in the enquiry form on your listings page or reveal your phone number should you wish to add one.

Listings:

Adding your workshop or entertainment company to our growing online directory. In order to do this you need to first register which can be done here.

For £90 you can get a year’s listing. You can save £5 per listing (Maximum saving for the link back is £20) if you add a link back to our site.

  • We rank very highly (1st page, often top 3) in search engines such as google.com for key search phrases. Often school workshop providers are one man band companies and their website can get lost in cyber space. We can help with this.
  • On average over the course of 2024 we’ve had over 58,000 page views per month (excluding search engine robots).
  • We allow you to target the right audience for you. You can select the counties you operate in, share images and videos, and display testimonials. You can also optimise your advert by adding keywords and assigning your advert to themes and key educational events. 
  • We charge £90 for a year’s listing, which we know is a competitive price.  The average workshop provider charges £420 per day, so just two to three successful leads a year would be worth this fee and as you know, once you’ve got a school on your books you often get repeat business.
  • We also offer discounts for you adding a link back to us as this helps us to rank higher but we reward this partnership.
  • To give you piece of mind, if you do not receive enough leads your renewal price takes this into account.
  • We do not charge you to receive an email that might be out of your area, or that’s been sent to multiple companies. The enquiry is only sent to you (unless the user sends the same message to another provider).

Banner adverts:

Costs:

Large banner adverts on the homepage: There is space for four large banner adverts on the top right hand side of the home page. These offer maximum exposure as they are the first thing to be viewed when the site is loaded. These cost £50 per month and have a minimum run time of 2 months.

Small banner adverts: There is space for 8 small banners adverts which appear in the left hand column on every page  expect individual listings / advert pages. These cost £35 per month and have a minimum run time of 3 months.

Large static banner advert* on the registration page (where workshop companies register) costs £20 month.

Artwork and banner requirements:
Banners must not be more than 65Kb in size. Animation length can’t exceed 30 seconds and animated GIF ads must have a frame rate no faster than 5 fps.

Large banner adverts are 736 x 220 pixels

Small banner adverts are 160 x 160 pixels

Images will be scaled down automatically if not correct which can affect the quality.
